Mission
The foundation of public authority should be prudence, temperance, courage, and justice.
Prudentia
Wisdom and foresight in governance, ensuring every action is calculated for the public good.
Temperantia
The moderation of power and the self-restraint necessary to prevent systemic abuse
Fortitudo
The courage to uphold institutional integrity even in the face of immense external pressure
Iustitia
The unwavering commitment to fairness and the equitable application of standards.
The foundation of public authority should be prudence, self-restraint, courage, and justice (prudentia, temperantia, fortitudo, iustitia).
These virtues are essential to the existence and progress of the state. The public interest demands a thorough examination of whether public officials embody these virtues.
Analytical Clarity
The mission of the Condemno project is to make such inquiry accessible to everyone by creating tools that help citizens, journalists, and institutions of integrity better identify risks, ask questions, and uphold the value of public accountability.
Publicity has real value only when it enables society to see patterns, contradictions, and departures from proper standards.
Request Access
We aim to make all Condemno analytical tools publicly available. However, due to limited resources, certain tools will be available only to journalists, public institutions, and active civil society representatives.
If you or the institution you represent are working to strengthen institutional integrity, we would be pleased to share the analytical tools we have developed.
Journalists
Access for journalists is granted on an individual basis following an assessment of the integrity of their intentions.
State Institutions
Access for state institutions is granted after the conclusion of a memorandum of cooperation, the text of which is available here.
Active Citizens
Access for active citizens and civil society representatives is granted on an individual basis following an assessment of the integrity of their intentions.
